Our items are delivered FREE of charge for Mainland UK*. Orders placed before 1pm are eligible for NEXT WORKING DAY delivery (Except those marked 'Contact us for delivery details'). Orders after the 1pm deadline will be dispatched on the following day (on those that qualify). If your order hasn't arrived within 3 working days, you should contact our sales team.

Applies to online orders only. Exclusions apply to areas not covered by the next day service by our Courier. We cannot be held responsible for any unexpected delays by our Courier.
Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase date. If there is a fault with your item an exchange will be offered. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be still in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we will require a proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received (and inspected), you will receive an email to notify you that we have safely received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There is often a delay in refunds being processed by your Bank or Card Issuer. Please allow a couple of days before letting us know if you haven't received a refund once one has been approved.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and send your item to the return address below:

You will be responsible for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All items above £50 should be tracked.
